A Strategic Plan for Each Student
Using our systemized 16-step approach, students work one-on-one with educational consultants and application specialists. We create a strategic plan for each student to provide him or her with the right fit college options.
We help them develop their strengths and highlight their unique attributes. We provide guidance on the application process, including best practices for applying to selective colleges. Then, we assist in crafting a winning essay that will stand out from the competition.
At each step of the way, we provide support and guidance for our students so they can make informed decisions about which colleges are best for them. We also offer resources such as college visit preparation tips, financial aid advice, and career exploration tools to ensure that each student is fully prepared to take on the challenge of college admissions.

Our Personalized Process
Step #1
Families learn about our process and how to use the personalized website we set up for the student.
Step #2
Student completes 2 assessments prior to this meeting with an Educational Consultant where we help identify potential career paths that align with the student's goals, personality and skill set.
Step #3
Prior to this meeting, students complete an educational resume using a template we provide. The Educational Consultant reviews the resume and offers suggestions in the Resume meeting.
Step #4
This is an hour session where the student (and at least one parent) consults with an Educational Consultant to determine what types of universities are a good "fit" for the student.
Step #5
The Educational Consultant guides the students in utilizing tools to research the schools they are interested in applying to.
Step #6
This 3-hour SAT/ACT diagnostic will help determine which test is best suited for your student.
Step #7
Students get access to 20-25 hours of SAT/ACT prep through an online system (lessons with quizzes, vocabulary builder, 2 full length practice tests with video review.)
Step #8
The Educational Consultant helps the student determine which essays they will need to write and brainstorm ideas for each of these essays
Step #9
After the student writes the essay, we take the time to review it, critique it and offer our suggestions for any changes that could help make it even more compelling.

We help the students understand the application process timeline, our application outline and the platforms that the students will be using to apply to their universities.
Step #11
One of our Application Specialists will work individually with the student on each of their applications to ensure they are submitted correctly and on time.
Step #12
We offer advice on college visits and can conduct "mock" interviews before interviews with college admissions reps.
Step #13
Students have access to this online, self-driven scholarship matching system that connects the students to scholarships tailored to them.
Step #14
We prepare and submit financial aid forms for all of our clients.
Step #15
Once the financial aid awards come in, we can help you determine bottom-line cost for each school and help families be better prepared to make a college choice.

We offer information on the different types of loans for college that are available.
