Mike Davila
Mike has been counseling students at College Inroads since 2009. Everyone loves Mike, he’s usually the first face you will meet to help find the right college fit at the right tuition price. Utilizing aptitude tests, personality assessments, and one-on-one meetings he really gets to know your student. He’s great at recognizing their unique traits in order to identify potential career paths and ultimately to find the right college fit.

Annmarie Hatfield
Annmarie partnered with Mike in 2011. She and her team work directly with your student during the complex application process and has the ability to bring out the best in them. Her passion is in helping people and she excels at developing long-term relationships with her clients and their students. Annmarie helps families navigate the process so each student has a successful outcome.

Dee Kohlhoff
As our Client Relations Specialist, Dee is our client’s frontline contact. She makes sure our students are on track in their college planning process.

Laurie Lea
Laurie is our “behind the scenes” coordinator and assists Dee Kohlhoff in day-to-day operations. She enjoys helping others and is a natural organizer. She has many years of experience in the hospitality industry, sales, and real estate, making her proficient in handling many details while doing it with a smile.

Kate Trent
Kate comes with a great resume of experience in sales, hospitality, teaching, and administration.

Anna McNay
Anna is our Sales Consultant here at College Inroads. For twenty years, Anna has been in the education field as a high school English teacher.

Tracy Coffin
Tracy Coffin is a certified Independent Education Consultant with a Master’s in Education from UCLA. Tracy is our neurodiversity expert and brings 6 plus years of experience working with students who have learning, attention, and/or intellectual disabilities.

Dr. Darla Jones
Darla is a lifelong educator who has served students in a wide variety of roles. Born and raised in Texas, Darla left the state to pursue a bachelor’s in English and American Literature at Brown University. Darla relocated to Anchorage, Alaska to begin her career as an educator and eventually earned a master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Johns Hopkins University and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Oregon.

Noah Nemitoff-Bresler
Noah is passionate about guiding students on their educational journeys. With a degree in Cognitive Science specializing in Neuroscience and a background in middle school and high school education, Noah is uniquely positioned to understand the teenage brain.

Jeff Sonnergren
Jeff has been counseling students for over 15 years and advises them on how and where to thrive in college. Even though he does not miss his former engineering career, he is now thrilled to help students through discovering their career choices, set them up to succeed in college without over-paying where he builds “smart lists” for them. Using multiple self-assessment tools, discussing a student’s personality traits in a one-on-one setting they venture down the path to set the student up for future college success.

Peter Guzman
Peter Guzman comes to College Inroads with over 25 years of experience in higher education. Peter began his career in college admissions at Grinnell College in Iowa before moving on to Washington University in St. Louis as an Assistant Director of Admissions & Coordinator of Hispanic Recruitment. A native Texan (and Austinite!), Peter returned home to take a similar position at Rice University, coordinating the Rice-Baylor Medical Scholars Program.

Kristen Williamson
Kristen has been a high school counselor for 20 years and has a great deal of experience working with students throughout class the college application process. She has her Master’s in Education from the University of Texas at Austin. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, running, and going to thrift stores.

Teri Ochoa
Teri Ochoa was born and raised in Texas, and has been working in education since 2000. She has a Bachelor’s in English Literature and a Master’s in Education (School Counseling) from UTSA. Teri has 7 years of teaching experience and 14 years of high school counseling experience.

Iben Dyke
Iben is originally from Denmark, but has lived in the United States since 1995. She received a BA in Psychology from San Jose State University and a master’s of education (M.Ed.) from Texas State University.

Cheryll Willis, M.A.
Cheryll Willis, M.A. is a High School Counselor in New Jersey. As a School Counselor, she guided families with educational planning for their children for 21 years.

Greta Duran
A native Texan, Greta grew up in Dallas and is an alumna of The Hockaday School.
